The firm operates a vacation scheme and placements are available throughout the year.
Details of the Training Programme
Training contracts are currently offered at Northampton, Cambridge and Milton Keynes. Trainees complete four placements of six-months each in a range of different legal specialisms. During each seat, the trainee is supervised closely by a partner or senior solicitor and progress is monitored on a day-by-day basis as well as in a formal three-monthly review, carried out mid-seat and at the end of the seat.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme specifically tailored for the needs of trainee solicitors. The PSC is coupled with an extensive programme of trainee solicitors' seminars provided by specialist in-house lawyers.
