Trust and probate litigation
Trust law applies when one person places trust and confidence in another to manage his or her affairs or hold property for them, and trusts are the mechanism that supports a wide variety of such situations. Trustee powers cover family relationships, wealth management and inheritance, charities, pension funds, probate and many others.
