Overview:
Charles is a solicitor in the Cambridge Agriculture and Rural Business Team.
Experience:
Charles advises individual farmers, companies, charities and estates on all manner of agricultural property matters. Since joining Hewitsons in September 2010 Charles has been involved in the purchase of a large shooting and fishing estate as well as the sale of a large farm estate. Charles has experience in the sale and purchase of agricultural property as well as in dealing with the granting and surrendering of easement and tenancies.
