Public Contracts Regulations 2006 Thresholds

The thresholds for the rules applying to contracting authorities seeking offers in relation to proposed public contracts for supplies, services and works were increased on 1 January 2012 as follows.

The threshold is the estimated value of the consideration which the contracting authority expects to be payable under the contract net of value added tax.
