Overview:

Steve Davis is the firm’s Finance Director, COFA and a member of the Management Board.

Experience:

Steve manages the firm’s Accounts Team and is responsible for designing and monitoring all procedures and to ensure compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules. Steve promotes Partners’ and fee earners’ use of our Practice Management System and develops innovative reporting mechanisms. Steve provides the Managing Partner and the Management Board with financial data and analyses, together with projections. These, together with Steve’s understanding of our business, underpin the Board’s strategic decision making. Steve works with our Accountants and oversees the production of the annual LLP Accounts.

Background:

Steve joined the firm in 1991 and was appointed a Director in 2004.
