Overview:

Tolan Collins is the IT Manager responsible for the creation, delivery and management of the IT Strategy whilst maintaining alignment with the firm’s Business Plans.

Experience:

Tolan works closely with the Managing Partner and Management Board to provide research, planning and implementation of the IT Strategy whilst ensuring the firm’s IT systems meet the high expectations of clients and staff. 

Tolan also manages major projects by tailoring Prince 2^© and ITIL^© frameworks to meet business and IT support objectives.

Background:

Tolan joined the firm in 1992 and was appointed IT Manager in 2001, during this time he has overseen the implementation and migration of numerous systems and major projects.
