Overview:

Paul is a solicitor in the agriculturaland rural business team in Cambridge.

Experience:

Paul acts for a variety of clients, ranging from large charities and landowners to private individuals. He advises clients in relation to acquisition and disposal of farmland, clawback arrangements, estate management issues such as the grant or taking of easements, landlord and tenant issues including the grant of or taking of commercial leases, telecommunication agreements and FBT's, and family partitions of farms.

Background:

Paul read law at the University of Warwick before completing his legal practice course at the College of Law, Chester. He trained in North Wales before moving on qualification to an American law firm based in the Midlands in 2000. Paul joined the agricultural property team of Hewitsons in October 2003.
