Overview:

Ethan is a solicitor in the Northampton Agricultural and Rural Business Team. He acts for agricultural and rural landowners.

Experience:

Ethan advises on a range of matters including the sale and purchase of agricultural land, development clawback and commercial and residential leases. Ethan also assists estates and landowners with the management of estates, including estate management issues, the granting of or taking the benefit of easements or wayleaves and the variation of covenants.

Background:

Ethan read law at the University of Reading and worked as a paralegal in the residential conveyancing sector whilst completing the legal practice course at Nottingham Law School. Ethan trained as a solicitor at a Milton Keynes firm and qualified into commercial property, before joining Hewitsons in November 2007.
