Overview:

Pam is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Property team in the Cambridge office. She deals with mainly residential conveyancing for agricultural clients of the team, her own residential clients and high networth type referrals from local agents.

Experience:

Pam advises and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, mortgages, further advances, equity releases, transfer of equity, easements as well as agricultural conveyancing.

Background:

Pam trained to become a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives whilst employed by the Legal department of Cambridgeshire County Council. She qualified in 1980 and joined the firm in 1982.
