Overview:

Emma is a solicitor in the Cambridge Private Client team. She advises clients on wills, trusts, probate, tax and court of protection matters.

Experience:

Emma advises clients on all aspects of private client work; including drafting wills and trusts and administering trusts and the estates of people who have died as well as advising on inheritance tax planning.

Background:

Emma read law at Oxford. She qualified with a firm in Cambridge and after 4 years there worked for firms in London, Chelmsford and Cheshunt (including a spell working for a firm of accountants) before returning to Cambridge when she joined Hewitsons in January 2008.
