Overview:

Dionne is a solicitor in our Northampton Commercial Property team.

Experience:

Dionne joined the Commercial Property team in September 2003 and has considerable experience of commercial property matters with a particular emphasis on Landlord & Tenant matters including negotiating new commercial leases and dealing with lease renewals.  Dionne’s experience also includes freehold sales and purchases and she advises a variety of clients (including local authorities and charities) on many other general property matters.

Background:

Dionne initially studied law at Essex Institute of Higher Education and obtained her degree in 1987.  After some time in other careers, Dionne returned to the law and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2000.  She initially joined Hewitsons’ Private Client team as a Trust Manager before qualifying into their Commercial Property department in 2003.
