Overview:

Marc is a partner in the Northampton Property Team.

Experience:

Marc has extensive experience in investment acquisitions and disposals for substantial
private pension funds and individual investors. He also has a wide range of experience
in property development work for developers, funders and public sector bodies. This
work includes development agreements, finance agreements, options, overage
agreements, conditional contracts, pre-letting agreements and site assembly. Marc
also has in-depth experience of handling the property aspects of corporate acquisitions
and disposals.

Background:

Marc joined Hewitsons in March of 2006 and became a partner in January 2007. He
was previously with DLA Piper and Norton Rose.
