Overview:

Karine is a Principal Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team, Saffron Walden Office. She undertakes all transactional commercial property work including property-based going concern transactions.

Experience:

Karine's area of practice spans all aspects of commercial property work including commercial property development work, Landlord and Tenant, Industrial and Retail work, Secured Lending and Hospitality.

She is also well versed in going concern transactions of all types and values from post offices to public houses, restaurants and London theatrical agencies..

She is a member of and active participant of the firm's M11 Group which focuses on opportunities for clients involved in the M11 corridor expansion and is becoming increasingly involved in contracts to secure development in the M11 Corridor including conditional contracts, option agreements and promotion agreements.

Background:

Karine's interest in law stems from her early career as an International Trade banker with a major French bank where she headed the International Guarantees Department of their City of London office. She moved to private practice in 2000 after completion of the following academic route:
