Overview:
Sarah is a Principal Solicitor in the Cambridge Commercial Property team. She advises on all aspects of non-contentious commercial property law.
Experience:
Sarah deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals of office, industrial, retail, development and charity/educational sector property, acting for occupiers, investors and developers. Sarah also undertakes financing work and corporate support work in connection with share and asset purchases and sales.
Background:
Sarah is a graduate of Clare College, Cambridge University. She has worked at Hewitsons since joining as a trainee solicitor in 1996, qualifying into Hewitsons' Commercial Property team in 1998.
