Overview:

Stephen de Loynes is the senior Commercial Property Partner at Hewitsons and heads the Northampton Commercial Property team. He advises both public sector and private sector clients on commercial property development and investment. Stephen is a member of the firm's Banking and Finance Group.

Experience:

Stephen advises property developers, local authorities and companies owning large portfolios of property on property development transactions, including site assembly options, conditional sales, development agreements, equity sharing leases and joint venture arrangements and overage and claw-back provisions. He also advises clients on investment sales and purchases.

Background:

Stephen attended the College of Law in Guildford and trained as a solicitor in the City of London. He has been a partner at Hewitsons since 1984.
