Overview:
Caroline is a solicitor in the Cambridge Commercial Property team. She advises on all aspects of non-contentious commercial property law.
Caroline's experience includes landlord and tenant work, acting for landlords and tenants on the grant and renewal of leases, surrenders and variations, leasehold licences and rent reviews. Caroline has also dealt with freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, financing, commercial and residential development and corporate support work in connection with share and asset sales and purchases.
Background:
Caroline studied law ay Nottingham University before completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Caroline then trained as a solicitor at Hewitson Becke+Shaw before qualifying into Hewitsons' Commercial Property Team in September 2003.
