Overview:

James is a partner in the Cambridge commercial property team and is a member of the firm's Banking and Finance Group.

Experience:

James advises on a full range of non-contentious commercial property matters including investment and development site acquisition/disposals, negotiation of all types of pre-let agreements, option agreements, property funding, corporate support work and a broad range of leasehold work.

Background:

James graduated with an Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Economics at University College London before completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. James qualified as a solicitor at a City of London Law Firm in 1996 before joining Hewitsons commercial property team in 2000.
