Overview:

Michelle is a legal assistant with Tim Middleton's Residential Conveyancing Team. She helps the team as a whole with all tasks and is able to advise clients on their transactions.

Experience:

Michelle has worked in the team for several years as a senior secretary and has now been promoted to the role of fee earner. Michelle works full time and will run some residential property transactions herself. She can also help with queries on residential property matters generally.

Background:

Michelle helps and advises clients on aspects of their transactions. If she is unable to help with a particular matter she will ensure that a member of her team does provide a response to that client as soon as possible. Michelle is able to advise on the general questions of a sale, purchase, remortgage or transfer of equity and the processes involved and is always on hand to help in any way she can.
