Overview:
Elizabeth is a partner in the Cambridge office and is head of the commercial property team. She has a broad cross section of both private and public sector clients whom she advises on all types of commercial property matters.
Experience:
Elizabeth specialises in complex commercial and mixed use development work both for developers and for occupiers, frequently leading a team not only of commercial property lawyers but also planning, construction and corporate lawyers. She advises on site assembly, pre-let agreements, options, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements of all types and regeneration projects.
Background:
After qualifying and practising in London for a few years, Elizabeth joined Hewitsons in the 1980s subsequently becoming a partner and then head of commercial property.
