Overview:

Graeme is a partner in the Cambridge commercial property team. He advises clients on a broad range of non contentious commercial property matters.

Experience:

Graeme has wide experience and over the years has advised on most areas of non contentious commercial property work. He now specialises particularly in complex commercial and mixed use development and investment work. He is involved at all stages of a project. This includes initial option and acquisition agreements and pre-let agreements and any relating funding work as well as the ultimate disposals of the developed site. Graeme also deals with landowners collaboration and promotion agreements as well as a broad range of leasehold work.

Background:

Graeme graduated with an Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Law at Newcastle University before completing his final solicitors legal practice course at Chancery Lane. Graeme qualified as a solicitor in 1982, joining Hewitsons' commercial property team in 1990.
