Overview:

Anis is a solicitor in the Northampton Commercial Property team. He advises clients on non-contentious areas of Commercial Property and has particular experience in Residential Development.

Experience:

Anis advises clients on a full range of Commercial Property matters. His experience includes acting for banks on development finance matters, site acquisitions, setting up sites for plot sales, advising clients on infrastructure agreements, landlord and tenant matters, options, conditional contracts, overage agreements, claims for adverse possession and general Commercial Property matters.

Background:

Anis read law at the University of Huddersfield before completing his legal practice course at the College of Law in Chester. He trained as a solicitor at Cunningtons Solicitors in Brighton and Essex, qualifying into their Property law team in March 2006. Anis joined the Hewitsons Commercial Property team in February 2007.
