Overview:

Lucinda is a solicitor in the Cambridge Property Litigation team, specialising in Contentious Trust and Probate matters.

Experience:

Lucinda advises clients on probate and trust disputes including:

• Contested Wills
• Breach of Trust claims
• Family Provision claims
• Court of Protection proceedings

She also handles a variety of commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes including dilapidations claims, lease renewals and enforcement actions for breaches of covenant. Lucinda regularly advises on adverse possession claims, neighbour and boundary disputes and professional negligence cases.

Background:

Lucinda read law at the University of Exeter before completing her Legal Practice Course in Nottingham. Lucinda trained with the firm, qualifying into the Property Litigation Team in September 2004. She is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
