Overview:

Tim is a partner and leads the Property team in the firm's Saffron Walden office. His clients include both corporations and individuals to whom advice is given on both commercial and non-commercial areas of property law.

Experience:

Tim's team advises clients on a wide range of property law work. His experience includes the full range of residential property services, residential development, commercial property acquisitions and disposals as well as lettings of all types of commercial buildings. Within Tim's team there is also expertise on the acquisition and disposal of licenced premises and the long term development of strategic land by means of promotion and collaboration agreements.

Background:

Tim read law at Queen Mary College, University of London before completing his Law Society Finals at the College of Law in Chancery Lane. He trained as a solicitor at Trowers and Hamlins in London, joining Hewitsons in December 1990. He has headed the firm's Residential Property services for the last five years.
