Overview:

Lorna is a Principal Legal Executive in the construction law team. She advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious areas of construction law.

Experience:

Lorna advises clients on a full range of construction law work. Her contentious experience includes mediation, adjudication. litigation, arbitration and dealing with breach of contract and professional negligence claims. Lorna's non contentious experience includes drafting building contracts, Consultants' appointments, collateral warranties and associated construction documentation.

Background:

Lorna took A levels at Impington Village College VI Form before joining Hewitsons in 1987. Lorna worked in the dispute resolution team for a number of years advising on a whole variety of disputes before specialising in construction in 1995.
