Patrick advises public and private sector clients on a broad range of construction matters. On the non contentious side, he advises on the terms of appointment for building contractors and design professionals as well on the drafting of other key construction documents such as deeds of novation and warranty. On the contentious side, Patrick is regularly involved in the resolution of construction disputes and has experience in mediations, court proceedings and adjudications.
