Elizabeth is a Partner in the Corporate Team.

Experience:

Elizabeth advises clients on a full range of corporate matters. Her expertise includes company acquisitions and disposals, investment and funding agreements, joint ventures and complex high value corporate reconstructions and reorganisations, with a client base drawn from a broad range of industry sectors and ranging from start-ups to PLCs.

Background:

Elizabeth read law at the University of Nottingham before completing her legal practice course at Nottingham Law School. She trained as a solicitor with Hewitsons, qualifying into the Corporate team in September 1996. She was made a Partner in 2001.
