Neil is a partner in the Corporate Team.

Experience:

He has a broad range of experience in acquisitions and disposals, group re-organisations and corporate finance, representing both public and private companies from start-ups to publicly traded multi-national corporations.

Neil also has considerable experience in the field of bank lending and heads the firm's Banking and Finance Group.

Background:

Neil trained as a solicitor with a major City firm after 7 years working in the book publishing industry. He worked as an in-house lawyer for the NatWest Group before joining Hewitsons in 1997.
