Overview:
Claire is a Partner in the Northampton Commercial Property team specialising in residential and commercial development work and is a member of the firm's Banking and Finance Group.
Experience:
Claire has particular expertise in dealing with site acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, options and joint venture planning and infrastructure agreements. She deals with site set ups and supervises the residential plot disposal team. She also has experience in dealing with all aspects with property finance and private and gap funding agreements.
Background:
Claire read law at Liverpool University and then attended the Chester branch of the College of Law. She trained as a solicitor at Enoch Evans Solicitors in Walsall, qualifying in 2002. Claire joined Hewitsons Commercial Property team in 2003.
