Overview:

Elizabeth is a Partner in the Cambridge employment team. She advises businesses, senior executives and other individuals on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Elizabeth's academic ability, along with her commercial, professional yet personal approach, have led to her reputation as a highly regarded and trusted expert in the employment field.

Elizabeth works with employers, senior executives and other individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She advises on day to day employment matters such as drafting contracts and service agreements, varying terms and conditions of employment, assisting with disciplinary, grievance, performance and long-term sickness issues and termination of employment. She also deals with litigation including all kinds of discrimination, breach of contract, whistle-blowing, redundancy (collective and individual), reorganisations and TUPE. In addition Elizabeth provides training on employment law.

Background:

Elizabeth read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford. She achieved distinctions in both her conversion course to law and the Legal Practice Course. Elizabeth qualified with Hewitsons in 2000 and became a partner in January 2007.
