Ceri is a solicitor in the Cambridge Commercial Property Team

Experience:

Ceri deals with non-contentious commercial property law and has acted for commercial landlords, individuals, businesses and charities. Ceri deals mainly with landlord and tenant work including the grant and renewal of leases, lease variations and surrenders and also has experience of the sale of freehold and leasehold properties and residential development work.

Background:

Ceri read Law with French Law and Language at Norwich Law School before completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Ceri joined Hewitsons in 2006 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Commercial Property Team in 2008.
