Overview:

Susanne is a Principal Solicitor in the Cambridge Commercial Property Team.

Experience:

Susanne advises on a full range of non-contentious commercial property matters and in particular advises on leases, sales/purchases, options, funding and property due diligence on corporate transactions. Susanne has acted for private individuals, businesses, pension funds, charities and local authorities.

Background:

Susanne read law at Birmingham University before completing her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Susanne trained at Freeth Cartwright Hunt Dickins in Nottingham qualifying in 1998 and joined Hewitsons in 1999. Susanne moved back to the East Midlands where she worked at Freeth Cartwright for a number of years but has returned to the area and re-joined Hewitsons in August 2007.
