Clients delighted with service from Hewitsons residential property team

Nearly four out of five (79%) of Hewitsons’ residential property clients have rated the service they received from the firm as excellent in the latest client satisfaction questionnaire.

According to the analysis, which was carried out between July and September, the remaining clients (21%) regarded the service they received as good. Nearly all (98%) of clients were happy with the speed with which Hewitsons dealt with the matter and 80% said the fees charged were reasonable.

Three-quarters of clients said they would definitely use Hewitsons’ services again while just over four out of five (81%) would definitely recommend the firm’s services. Of those clients who were sent literature by Hewitsons, 86% found it informative.

Clients were also asked to provide comments on their experiences. These included: “Once again an excellent, prompt and efficient service”, “I have nothing but praise for the way our transaction was handled, and “I have always been immensely satisfied by the service provided in your property department.”
