Contentious Trusts & Probate
Disputes relating to Wills,Trusts and Probate are continuing to keep the courts busy. The latest figures from the Chancery Division show that there were 556 of these actions heard by the Chancery Division in 2010. 120 of them related to contentious probate matters and 111 to disputes over Trust property.
