Overview:

David is a Legal Executive in the Northampton Private Client Team.

Experience:

David deals with a wide range of private client matters including Wills, Probates and Inheritance Tax advice, Court of Protection matters, gifts and Statutory Wills, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Lasting Powers of Attorney and matters relating to the elderly.

Background:

David is a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive, a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Member of the Solicitors for the Elderly. He trained in his home town of Kettering and joined Hewitsons in April 1989 having first entered the Law in 1966.
