Overview:

Dominic is a partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution Group. He is also the firm's Head of Corporate Services and sits on the Management Board. He acts in commercial disputes, including litigation and ADR and in insolvency and corporate recovery work.

Experience:

His practice areas include commercial contract disputes, professional negligence matters, trust disputes, company proceedings, shareholder disputes, information technology cases, insolvency and corporate recovery, and multiparty and action group representation. He is also experienced in advising boards of directors on their duties and liabilities and other aspects of corporate governance and is an experienced mediation advocate.

His clients include a range of publicly quoted companies and private companies (both domestic and foreign), charities, partnerships, local authorities, high net worth individuals as well as leading insolvency practitioners in the region.

Background:

Dominic worked as a Commercial Litigator for one of the large City of London law firms, both in London and in Hong Kong, before joining this practice in 1991.

Current professional memberships include Membership of the Dispute Resolution Section of The Law Society, Membership of The Insolvency Lawyers' Association, Fellowship of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, and Membership of The Northamptonshire Law Society.

Dominic is the Under Sheriff of Northamptonshire and is Honorary Solicitor of The Northamptonshire Association of Youth Clubs.

Married, with two children, Dominic is a committed Christian, a keen musician and enjoys sailing, rugby and tennis.
