Overview:
Eleanor is an assistant solicitor in the Saffron Walden Residential Property team. She deals mainly with residential conveyancing for private individuals.
Experience:
Eleanor advices and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold titles, social housing, mortgages, equity release and transfers of equity.
Background:
Eleanor has worked as a fee earner since 1991. She read law at the University of Hertfordshire and completed her training at Attwater and Liell in Harlow qualifying in 1998. Since 2001 she has specialised in residential property work.
