Overview:
Emma is a solicitor in the Cambridge Commercial Property team.
Experience:
Emma advises on a wide range of non-contentious commercial property transactions on behalf of individuals, commercial landlords, businesses and educational establishments. Emma's main focus is on landlord and tenant matters including granting and acquiring leases, lease variations and surrenders, but she also deals with the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, funding and refinancing, and corporate support work in connection with share and asset sales and purchases.
Background:
Emma read law in Trinity College, Dublin and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Emma completed her training at Manches in Oxford and at Edmondson Hall in Newmarket. Emma joined Hewitsons on qualification in October 2006.
