Hauke is a solicitor in the Northampton corporate team.

Hauke advises clients on general corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, company formations and company secretarial matters.
Background:
Hauke read English law and German law at the University of Exeter and spent the final year of his dual qualification degree course at Saarland University in Germany before completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. He trained as a solicitor at Hewitsons, qualifying into the firm's corporate team in September 2007.
