Overview:

Hauke is a solicitor in the Northampton Private Client team and Charities team.

Experience:

He advises on a wide range of private client work, including wills, estates, enduring powers of attorney and lasting powers of attorney. He also advises charities, including charity formation, governance, and incorporation.

Background:

Hauke read English law and German law at the University of Exeter and spent the final year of his dual qualification degree course at Saarland University in Germany before completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. He trained as a solicitor at Hewitsons, qualifying in September 2007. Hauke is a member of the Charity Law Association and a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
