Overview:

John is a Principal Executive in the Dispute Resolution Team. He advises on a variety of contentious matters including personal injury claims.

Experience:

John joined Hewitsons from, what was then, Few & Kester (now Kester Cunningham John) in January 1975 and since then has dealt with a wide variety of cases for both claimants and defendants. Currently, John is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team. John spent over 20 years dealing almost exclusively with personal injury claims, both for claimants and defendants, but more recently, has moved back to his roots dealing with a wide variety of general contentious matters. He has no difficulty in combining the two.

Background:

John was educated at the Central Grammar School in Cambridge. He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives on 21 August 1981. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
