Overview:

Kelly is a Solicitor in the Cambridge private client team.

Experience:

Kelly deals with private tax and estate planning, will drafting, estate administration and applications to the Office of the Public Guardian. Kelly's recent work includes advising on tax efficient wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and complex estates.

Background:

Kelly read Law at the University of Bristol before completing her Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University. She trained with Hewitsons and joined the private client team upon qualification as a solicitor in September 2005. Kelly is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having passed the STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts & Estates) in 2008 with distinction.
