Overview:

Sally is a solicitor in Hewitsons employment law team. She advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law.

Experience:

Sally advises clients on a full range of employment law work acting for both employers and employees. Sally's non-contentious experience includes drafting and advising on contracts of employment, directors' service agreements, consultancy agreements and company policies and procedures. Her contentious experience includes unfair dismissal, redundancies, agency workers employment status and disability discrimination. She also advises on compromise agreements, variation of terms of conditions of employment, sickness absence issues and the conduct of capability and disciplinary procedures.

Background:

Sally read Law at the University of Reading before completing her legal practice course at the College of Law in Guildford. She trained as a solicitor at Hewitsons in Cambridge, qualifying into their employment team in September 2007.
