Martin is a partner in the Firm's Commercial Property Group specialising in development, property joint ventures and investment

Experience:

He has over 20 years experience in commercial property acting for investors, developers, occupiers, and banks across all sectors. His clients include public and private companies, high net worth individuals and financial institutions. Martin has a particular focus in the development sector where he has acted on large scale site assembly and promotion projects across the UK.

Background:

Martin trained and qualified with a London law firm where he acted for business park and retail developers and investors before joining Cameron Mckenna as part of their development team acting for major house builders on large strategic land projects. In 2001 Martin joined Finers Stephens Innocent LLP where he was head of real estate for 5 years before joining Hewitsons in 2011.
