An authoritative report by leading economic research consultancy SQW (who conducted the first report into the Cambridge Phenomenon), has identified an evolving ‘adaptive and knowledge-rich High Performance Technology and Motorsport (HPTM) cluster’ in the area around Silverstone in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, highlighting its potential for growth.
Commissioned by Property Asset Managers and Developers, MEPC, working in partnership with a group of respected private and public sector organisations, SQW’s research team interviewed a large number of individuals from firms and institutions in the sector to produce its detailed analysis and conclusions.
