Amanda is a Solicitor in the Agriculture and Rural Business Unit. She deals with a wide range of agricultural property matters with a focus on strategic land matters for agricultural landowners.
Amanda has experience acting for landowners in dealing with promotion agreements, options agreements, overage provisions and conditional contracts. She also has experience in a range of general property matters acting for both commercial and agricultural clients including acquisitions and disposals of both leasehold and freehold properties. She also deals with associated property portfolio management matters including licences to assign, deeds of variation, deeds of surrender and licences to alter acting for both landlords and tenants.
Amanda studied Law at Northampton University and obtained a First Class degree followed by the Legal Practice Course at Leicester De Montfort in which she was awarded a Distinction. Amanda has more than 5 years’ experience with other firms in the region and joined Hewitsons in 2016.
