Her role substantially involves providing practical and commercial advice on all aspects of property disputes to clients who are commercial landlords, developers, landowners, property investors, property occupiers, property management companies. Anna has a particular interest in disputes involving: -

- Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (both contested and uncontested)
- Landlord and tenant disputes, both commercial and residential

Background

Anna joined the Real Estate litigation team at Hewitsons in October 2015 as a Senior Solicitor. Born and raised in Poland, Anna studied Polish Law at the University of Silesia where she gained a first class master’s degree. She then obtained a law degree from the London Metropolitan University and went on to gain her Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Westminster in London - both completed with distinction. Anna was admitted as a solicitor in July 2010.
