Antonia is an Associate in the Private Wealth team and also the Charities Team. She is based in the firm’s Northampton office.
Antonia advises clients on a wide range of Private Wealth work, including Wills, Inheritance Tax and Succession Planning, the administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. She advises in relation to Landed Estates, as well as dealing with complex trust matters.
She also works alongside her colleagues in the Charities Team, advising charities on formation, governance and incorporation.
Antonia read Law at Lancaster University and achieved a distinction in her subsequent Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. She trained as a Solicitor at Hewitsons, qualifying in 2010.
Antonia is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and is a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
She is also a member of the Charity Law Association.
