Barbara is a Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution team.


Barbara has an excellent reputation for dealing with private disputes between landowners who have boundary and right of way disputes or disputes with the Land Registry.
She also has a wealth of experience in residential possession claims.
Barbara has experience in dealing with various types of property problems and disputes that originate from either freehold or leasehold land which include shared facilities, adverse possession, co-ownership and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.


Barbara read Law at the University of Durham and completed her professional examinations at the College of Law in Guildford. She trained with a London firm and spent a year teaching English in Turin, Italy before embarking on her legal career. She has spent periods in practice in both Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire as well as teaching Land Law and other areas of law on a full and part-time basis. Barbara has specialised in Real Estate litigation for nearly 20 years.

Barbara is a longstanding member of the Property Litigation Association.
