Charlotte is a Solicitor in the Employment Team, based at the firm’s Cambridge office.
Charlotte started her training contract with Hewitsons in September 2018 and qualified into the Employment Team in March 2020. Charlotte advises both employers and employees in relation to settlement agreements and has experience in advising clients across a variety of sectors in relation to employment contracts and day-to-day HR queries, as well as reviewing and drafting policy documentation. Charlotte regularly provides employment support in corporate transactions, including advising on the application of TUPE and she has experience in tackling grievance and disciplinary processes, reorganisations and redundancy.
Charlotte originally read History at Queen Mary, University of London and graduated with a First Class Honours in 2015. Charlotte then went on to complete her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in Cambridge, graduating with a distinction in 2017. Prior to joining Hewitsons, Charlotte worked as a Paralegal in the Pensions and Employment department at Slaughter and May.
