About me

Letting a dispute go on for too long is costly, stressful and can be detrimental to your business and personal time. As a dispute problem solver, the earlier I can be involved in your dispute the quicker I can apply litigation strategy to try and find a resolution. I’m commercially focussed and a firm negotiator and aim to resolve your dispute early and efficiently, so you can concentrate on your individual goals or running your business.

I’m qualified in both the UK and Australia, and with over 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation, I act for companies and individuals in both regions, advising on professional negligence matters, company issues and complex contractual disputes. I never let my clients chase me, so I’ll always keep you updated on your case.

The type of clients I assist include individuals who have been victims of professional negligence, buyers and sellers of companies facing post-acquisition disputes and SME’s in the defence and security sector. My experience in the defence and security, means that I understand a very niche industry, which requires precision in resolving disputes.

I enjoy a good commercial fight, and there’s nothing more satisfying than unravelling the evidence and building a strong case for my clients.
